Using Moyotube

You may use Moyotube only in compliance with applicable law, these Terms, our Community Guidelines and policies that apply to specific services. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining appropriate account security.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Moyotube the permissions necessary to host, process, distribute, display and technically operate the service as described in the full service agreement presented during account creation.

Safety and enforcement

We may restrict distribution, remove content, limit features, suspend monetization or suspend accounts where necessary to enforce applicable policies, protect users or comply with legal obligations. Appeals are available for eligible enforcement decisions.

Service changes

Features can evolve over time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated as required by law.
